| Christ is risen from the dead trampling down death by death, and to those in the tombs bestowing life. |
to whom I extend a greeting of joy in this holy time. I pray that you will keep your peace. Surround and fill yourself with the Spirit of Love from God who is love.
Remember that words and actions meant to hurt you truly only hurt and have consequences on those those doing the hurting. Hate and anger consume and destroy the soul. When we hate we become our own enemy. Pascha (Easter) comes only after the ultimate act of love.

Let us honor our Savior by cleansing ourselves of hate and anger and begin anew with reverence by giving God glory and thanks, being consumed with God who is love.
